How does Money Back Guarantee work? It's really simple. If your pet doesn't like the product we offer, we'll give you a full refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges on supplements, treats or consumable grooming products. If the item you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a full refund on a case by case basis. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Vibrant Paws does not take title to the refunded item.

Can I return purchased item from another retail channel?

This returns policy is only for purchase from our website and excludes all other retail channels. Product purchased from other approved retailers has their own return policy.

What is the procedure to return product?

In cases where you don't have to return the product, we prefer that you give it to your local pet shelter or other pet parents who you know might benefit from the use of the product for their own pet. In some instances when a product is deemed defective, we may ask you to send the product back to us at our cost in order for us to investigate the product further. If applicable, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.  

What is the procedure to cancel subscription order?

It is your responsibility to cancel repeat order including subscription order where product is no longer needed. Refund requests relating to this type of repeat orders not canceled prior to their scheduled shipment date, might be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

How soon can I expect to get a refund?

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@vibrantpaws.com.

Can I replace an item purchased?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or prefer to have a full refund just send us an email at care@vibrantpaws.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Can I return an item that was a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.
